This platform is owned and operated by Magnates Solution LLC. We provide property management software and related digital services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account information, contact details, company or service provider information, property records, lease records, tenant records, task and maintenance records, transaction records, reminders, reports, service bids, invoices, messages, documents, and usage or diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the platform.

If you submit a lease application or supporting document, we may collect application details, identity or income-related documents you choose to upload, references, employment details, and other files or notes provided by you or your invited users.

3. Camera, Photos, Files, and Microphone

The mobile app may request access to your camera, photo library, files, or microphone only when you choose to capture or attach content to a property, task, inventory, lease, document, service record, message, or related workflow.

Camera and photo access may be used for property snapshots, task evidence, inventory photos, lease documents, service records, and similar user-selected uploads. Microphone access may be used for optional voice notes or audio evidence if that feature is enabled. We do not access these permissions in the background.

4. How We Use Information

We use data to operate the platform, provide support, improve product performance, facilitate communication, and connect users with service providers when requested. We also use information to authenticate users, authorize role-based access, process owner or tenant invitations, generate reports, maintain audit trails, protect against misuse, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us deliver core platform functions, security, analytics, and support. Information may also be visible to users with access to the same property, lease, task, service project, or invited workspace, based on the roles and permissions configured in the platform.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain data as needed for business and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. Some property, lease, transaction, invoice, application, and audit records may need to be retained after an account closure request where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or shared-workspace obligations.

Sensitive lease application documents are designed to be accessed through authorized, short-lived access links rather than permanent public file links.

7. Your Rights and Account Deletion

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Signed-in users can submit an account deletion request from the Profile page in the web app and mobile app. We will review the request and process account closure, deletion, anonymization, or retention as required by applicable law and shared-workspace obligations.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, and analytics.

9. Mobile App Privacy

The mobile app may collect or transmit information you enter or upload, such as photos, files, task details, lease or inventory records, messages, identifiers, and diagnostic information. Data collected through the mobile app is used for app functionality, account management, security, support, and product reliability.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
